Nanning Wanda Mall broke ground in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonom🌱ous Rꦯegion on August 22.

The 15 billion yuan Nanning Wanda Mall is s🐻cheduled to open in 2017.

As an updated version of Wanda Plaza, which focuses on commerce, a Wanda Mall is a large indoor complex that combines entertainment, tourism and commerce under one roof. Being called Wanda’s fourth-generation produౠct, the Wanda Mall will house theme parks, a film technology park, a cinema, a five-star hotel and other facilities. As the Wanda Mall will focus on entertainment business retail will only account for less than 25% of the total floor area.

In 2000, Wanda shifted its business focus f𒆙rom residential real estate to commercial property ൩and cultural tourism. In the past 14 years, its products have evolved from first and second-generation Wanda plazas, to third-generation HOPSCA, and now to its fourth-generation product - Wanda Mall.

Each Wanda Mall will showcase local cultural characteristics and feature its๊ own theme making each one completely unique.

Waꦏnda plans to build 3-4 Wanda Malls in major Chinese cities this year and plans to open Wand🐼a Malls in overseas cities in the future.
