June 5, 2014, The Dalian Wanda Group hereby announces that its subsidiary company, Renville Invest SL has purchased the Edificio España building, located in Madrid for a total amꦑount of 265 million euros.  The prope🍷rty was sold by Santander Group, Spain’s largest banking corporation.

Edificio Espana, which occupies an entire city block and has a total site area of 4,655 sqm, is a Madrid landmark, overlooking the famo𝓀us Plaza de Espana and facing the Royal Palace. The views afforded by the building are exceptional and unmatched in the city.
