The Honggutan Wanda Plaza in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province was issued a Greﷺen Building Label by an appraisal committee comprising more than 20 experts trained by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on October 17.

The No. 1 Building in Zone A, which covers an area of 40,500 square meters and is comprised of a total construction area of 126,700 square meters, excels in land utilization and ouဣtdoor environment, energy conservation and utilization, water conservation and utilization, material conservation and utilization, as well as operations a🍰nd management.

Experts gave high marks for the structure's building automation control system, standard energy platform management model and the innovative solar energy shower system.
